Revised topic: Any good mechanics or enthusiasts in brisbane that have knowledge/will fix modified beetles?

After some serious getting dicked around, I have come to the conclusion that some people will just NOT fix or even look at a mod. beetle!

My beetle has a webber and a cam. It has been having generator problems, in other words, something is breaking them. There is alot of play and movement in the fan housing/generator area and breaks/cracks in the housing/mount. We are pretty stumped as to what would be causing all this! She doesnt get thrashed, she gets taken care of well. something is wrong.

Im hoping that there are some people out there who know about moded beetles, and would be willing to check her out, or know of any performance mechanics/specialists that could help out too!

Thanks for your help!

If Wes can't fix it then I am happy to help you turn it into a beach buggy :)
Failing that I can probably be of assiatance.
Unlike Wes I am a serial killer ( of Beetles ) and would be happy to 'meat 'another one so I live in Cashmere.

So you kill randomly then, fair enough.

Maybe you should go to brad's house first, kill him, and then I'll know I'm safe. Cos if you killed me too it would then be serial :D
