Taking Things Off
getting a ej20h-tt engine. i know its heard many times on here. but as a newbie, i dont see any links or websites showing or listing what needs to be
takin off the motor for a vw bug swap. i know power steering components are to be pulled off the motor but dont know about other stuff. anybody have a
link, list or etc? cheers

power steering goes off, the AC pump also (unless you plan on using it), the charcoal canister ( black cylindrical thing near the air filter) can go
and you can just plug its connecting lines shut.
Alos directly above the flywheel there are 2 hard lines for the Subaru's heater which you need to connect together if you don't use them ( don't
block them).

hey i think i came across your car domain website last night thru my searching. it was showing pics but didn't know what all needed to be takin off.

if your in Australia you need to keep the charcoal cannister to get it legal.

had'nt brought it yet but fixing to in a day or two.
heard you can wire both turbos together n the ecu reads it as one turbo.. a guy said thats how he does his. claims it goes all the way to redline like
that but he uses alcohol with his.
