opinions on rust converter?
Hi everyone,
Just wondering what all your thoughts are on rust converter?
I have a few areas on my ghia that have the pitted metal look happening. These areas are still nice & strong so am thinking that cutting out and
replacing the metal may be a tad drastic, which has led me to look for a chemical solution.
Should I go for a rust converter and if so, which brand?
Should I buff off all the surface rust first before applying it?
And what do you guys recomend with regards to prepping after treatment?
Cheers,
Cam
