I think Vintage VW used to carry them, still might. I got mine from (memory) IPSWEST on ebay. They are in CAlifornia somewhere. I think I paid about $40.

They are all pretty ordinary fit no matter where you buy them. You need a fair bit of filing and fidling to get a half decent fit to your rubbers.
