hi Brad mate that is 1 outstanding kg I asked the wife for some any loose change about and I was told if I added another vw to the fleet I will be
looking at the single mans life.
I am currently restoring a 1954 beetle and a 1961 kombi dual cab and looking at a colour to paint them both as I want to do them the same colour.
What is the colour code of your Ghia I have been looking at a nissan colour platinum graffite.
Thanks Brad and if iwin the lotto or powerball soon the kg will come to newcastle
Good luck with the sale as it looks a lovely car

G'day mate, it is actually a custom colour that I mixed based on a Ferrari silver that I tweaked a little. Going back a few issues in VWMA we had a
feature on a silver/black single cab ute (DAS Resto Haus) - the silver was based on that colour (bottom half) which was the straight Ferrari colour.
(I could get the code if you really wanted it).
Re. trade I think brad was keen on a boat. Although finaly payment hasn't been made yet, he has taken a deposit on the KG. I'm sure brad will
confirm if its sold/still for sale.
Cheers
Al

Thanks al I have seen that s/c on the central coast and at the nationals outside. That is a great looking s/c and a credit to you mixing a bit of new
with the old skool.
Still unsure as to what colour to do the 1961 d/c as i was going to do the top in the original pearl white and a silver/grey bottom and I am going to
do the 54 beetle in the same colour all over
