EJ22 alternator bearings

The bearing(s) in the alternator on my EJ22 (in a T3) have started to scream/roar/rumble. The engine has done about 120,000km. Initially I couldn't work out what the dreadful noise was because it would only occasionally occur when I first started the engine. By the time I got to the back of the car it had stopped each time.

NOW I can tell what it is as there is a noise there all the time. Has anyone experience in changing the bearings? Does anyone have part numbers from SKF or the like? Or is it a matter of replacing the alternator?

What else should I look at at the same time?

Thanks folks,

Dave
