CA18DET ??

I have found a good CA18DET going cheep here and just wondering how hard would it be to adapt it to the VW manual transmission on my buggy (has a 1600 air cooled in it at the moment)

Engine adaptor shouldn't be too hard to come by. Nice engine, by the way. Had one in a Silvia I had a few years ago. Would be fun in a bug, if it fit.

I hope your gearbox is strong or you drive with a lot of compassion.
