My bug is finally registered!

Here’s a few pics of my 1972 Bug which I registered, yesturday. I bought in a few months ago for $800. It needed a bit of work, mostly rust and electrical repairs and I’ve only spent a few hundred to get it roadworthy so I’m pretty pleased. It’s not perfect but what 800-dollar Beetle is?

I’m so glad that it’s finally on the road, pity it wasn’t ready to be registered last week or else I could have come to Hanging Rock. I’m looking forward to putting a lot of Km’s on this one.

Regards

It looks more like a $3000 SuperBug.
I like the black bumpers... I may do that to My Bumpers..

Thanks 68AutoBug for your comments. At first I wasn't sure to paint my bumpers black or white. I've seen lots of bugs around with their bumpers painted the same colour as the rest of the car. I went for something different, definitely better than the rusted chrome.
