A similar thing happened to a bay window kombi i used to own, had it sitting in the back yard for a while on clean moss and dirt free concrete, it had not been to the beach for a while and i decided to rub it back to bare metal...no creepy crawlies inside the kombi, not so much as a fly, getting through dodgy layers of paint with the sander on the left rear roof section (outside) and strike me pink if a thousand ants burst out of the pinhole and start going for the sander....no, i wasn't on the 'shrooms or Bhang, so i get the old mortein and give the area a spray, then they start jumping...at me.!! I poked my head cautiously inside the bus to see if they had made their way inside. No ants to be seen. has anyone ever seen jumping ants anywhere in Australia? they were a good size, black with a greenish tinge to their backs. I have a nice dry shed now, so theres only red backs to deal with. Hmmmmm

How many is enough?
