[FS - VIC] or Trade, Type 3 Wagon

Hi Everyone,

I am taking delivery of the Type 3 Wagon pictured below on Saturday and can now take expressions of interest. I bought the vehicle for the chassis to put under my Condor so I would have discs and irs. The wagon is in pretty good condition and has been shedded for much of its life although it is outside at the moment. All the glass and interior looks good. I'm told it is a runner but has a knock in one cylinder. I have a number of options:

Option 1: I lift this body onto my older type 3 chassis and sell outright.

Option 2: I trade this complete car for a really good later chassis with irs and discs. I am happy to negotiate for the right deal.

Option 3: I use the later chassis and part out the complete car.

Any option will require the pick up of the vehicle from Horsham, Victoria (approximately 3.5 hours west of Melbourne).

Here are some photo's taken today (Monday 08/09/2008):

All questions and comments welcome. I probably won't be able to answer any detailed questions, or provide more detailed photo's until the weekend.

Thank you, Dino.

Hello Condor-man, I to am starting on a Condor, just wondering if you have any info etc on these vehicles, I am in Tassie so information is not thick on the ground. I notice the internet is not very informative either. Just would like to know of any parts that fitted these e.g. Windows, Hinges etc. I am very much a novice when it comes to these vehicles so would appreciate some information on these vehicles. thanks, Ron

Hi everyone,

A few new photo's for anyone interested. The body is nice and straight but probably has a little more surface rust than I originally thought. Happy to take specific questions. If there is no interest in a trade, I will be lifting the body next weekend (20/09/2008).
