Hello From Geelong GOLF Question
Just purchased a 2002 1.6 Golf with all trimmings, seat warmers, leather upholstery etc.
Just wondering why it sometimes revs up and down when it is supposed to be idling? I am taking it back to dealership next week to check and fix but
would like to know what I could tell the mechanics about this to let them know what to check for.
It also has a slight gremlin with the indicator sound (no lights) coming on at different times while driving. Other than these two small things we are
very happy with it.
Can anybody help me here

Hi there and welcome!
You might want to look over at the watercooled forum also http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/. There's plenty of people with expertise in later model Golfs there.
Cheers
