Seat Belts
G'day.
My centre clip piece is broken and doesn't hold the belts in.(between the seats). It's a 73 wagon. Would anybody have one that they would want to
part with. I'm reluctant to upgrade to retractables. Is there another option?

Got a new clip guys. Thanks for the replies.
Anyone got pics of the lower mount for the retractable set up in their car?

Ask 73t3fastback, he supplied me with some good pics years ago via photobucket I think but that link is not active anymore. Maybe he has them
somewhere. Just as a tip, the usual mechanism wont fit generally unless you massage the under rear seat panel with a hammer or rubber mallet, you wont
break it, just allowing some extra space for it. Any questions just ask me and yes do yourself a favour and get some retractables.

No worries. New Klippan retractible seatbelts are quite cheap. Old seatbelts often fail with old age/UV/Ozone degradation and material fatigue. Some
manufacturers recommend replacement at least each decade, even if they "look" okay
