im after a bay


im after a bay to take the kids around in

it doesnt matter what the paint and body are like but as long as the body is solid that will do

i dont have a huge budget but im flexible

if anyone can help out let me know

im only a new dubba so please help out if you can cheers

No probs mate. Just helps when people are trying to get the information back to you.

I assume you want a bus with middle seat? That would make a proper bus 8 seater. The middle seat is minutes out or in to allow for 5 or 8 seats, depending on the extra room required for things like prams.

In my opinion and experience, be ready for $5000 minimum to get something reliable as you are taking the kids around, and safety and reliability does mean something.

a five seater would be ok ( i only have two kids) a camper would be good as well

my budget is around the $5000 mark so like its not huge but i hope it will help
i also need some advice on weather i would tow my hillclimb car

the car weighes around 700kg with the trailer

im new to kombi's and any help would be great (after owning a few h**dens)

My choice would be a 74-78 5 seater with a rear seat that has been changed to a fold out camp bed/seat That would give you the option of three extra seats in the back when driving, and a double bed when parking. Towing the small weight would be do able, but you would want a good strong 1800cc or 2 litre engine with good condition disc brakes up front.
