beach buggies and the law


is it worth considering a beach buggy project in Victoria ?
even a lwb conversion?
whats the engineering requirements?
I have a great pan and know where there is a mould for a lwb glass body..........
any CONSTRUCTIVE comments would be appreciated.

Well plenty of buggies turned up at the Day of the Volkswagen in Victoria to see Bruce Meyers, so I guess there are a few people down there that think its worth it
