1972 Cabriolet (Local conversion) for sell or swap
Hi VW people.
I joined this site to find an owner for a locally produced "SunBug" & prevent it being cut up for the paddock. (Mates car). It will require a
donor body to get
back on the road.
The car runs well but is full of rust. Top is in good nic.
Has compliance plate & log books / documentation & modded chasis. Was registered in NSW. I don't know too
much about VW's but it was done by a low volume specialist in the 70's or 80's.
Will sell or swap for a registered or roadworthy Bug.

Mate I reckon he should let it die. Because it's not an original cabriolet, those cut up jobbies leaked very badly - hence the rust now. No use
cutting up a perfectly good body now, when in a few years it will rust out too.
