Awesome stuff.
With all those batteries' weight,
I dont doubt the power at all.

Having seen Buddy Simon Holgersons electric RC cars
that are faster than the nitro ones,
I would even consider selling my Pauter stuff and buying some batteries.

Apparently dragsters and bikes are well in the sevens now days.

Yeh I saw this one at Xmas time while checking out brushless rc cars.
The motor sounds fierce.
I would like to know a $ figure on the setup. If he said it I missed it.
The single cab is my ideal electric conversion down the track, stuff the treasure chest full of batteries and away you go.

Dave I saw this clip a while ago and really thought long and hard about letting my turbo motor go to do that.
Instant acceleration! I like the sound of the bike in the clip.

Hi

Good stuff, I'm not sure if the guy was wearing a seatbelt during the drag race, might be his black shirt and my tied eyes.

Actually,
some where in the deep recesses of my psyche,
I recall seeing a picture of a type two available from VW with electric power.
Not sure where, but I am sure it was VW...perhaps prototype?
Either way,
with all the modern brushlees technology
and lithium batteries out there now, it would be great.

I think the factory EV type 2 popped up in that other EV thread not so long ago.

My Mate has a 356 that is electric. Was done in the 60's by General Electric for the General Manager of the time.
Very Cool.
