Looking hard at the pivot points of the windscreen and the clips for soft top on the top bar of the frame, it looks as Sakbayan product,not genuine CB

Yes yes.
This is what it is. I just never know how to spell it or pronounce it, so i just write CB Copy. 
It is a Sakbayan
