Hi guys
it was great to meet you guys at Alfreds kitchen tonight
I am Posting Lyns Kombi to give you an idea of how pink the Kombi is
described as Magenta we have had good feedback so far It was supposed to be blue but after a few beers at the paint shop it somehow got changed to
pink
it is my wifes favourite colour either that or purple
It was her birthday so we covered it with a car cover and surprised her by pulling of the covers now she has her very own Splitty in her favourite
colour
and this is my triple cab splitty ratrod with a 2 litre nissan motor
I know this is a vw site but here is a couple of our other cars
WE BOTH HAVE A PASSION FOR NICE CARS !!!

This is our 54 F100 and our Airstream Caravan
200 hours polishing went into the Airstream
and a bit of retro fitting out and airbrushing made it a nice combination for holidays
hope the pictures never offended anyone on the forum just we both love beautiful cars and it is a passion we enjoy
I am a roofer and we have saved and worked hard to make our dreams a reality we are hoping to get to know others that share that passion for unique
and beautiful cars if you see us on your next run please make yourself known to Lyn and I we are both down to earth and easy to to talk to
if you ever have a musical night planned Lyn and I are both professional musicians and specialiise in interactive entertainment floorshows and karaoke
If we can be of service we can donate our services free of charge if ever required
This a show we did in Mt Gambier Last year

Very nice pictures and a nice write up. Where abouts are you ? You both certainly like a lot of unusual ( but nice) things. lf you got some spare pink

Thanks for the reply
we live in perth WA
we are car nuts and basically enjoy the fun attached to doing the cars up and using them frequently We both love the early model VW s
although when we had one in the late 60s as a roadie van we spent a lot of time pushing the old 6 volter
to kick start it
if we only realised how scarce they would be now I would still have the original one I
think we left it at a gig when we couldnt start it somewhere in Melbourne
one of our members from http://www.vintagecaravns.com lives in blacktown if you
see a small airstream and a few old caravans around the yard his name is chippy Dave call in and say hello best regards to you
