[WTB - VIC] (not VW) Obscure Project

Hi All, just thought I'd pop this up here as, being oen of the biggest forums going aroung I know you've got eyes and ears everywhere.
Im looking for a new project, something that I can chuck an updated driveline in and have some fun. looking at 50's/60's, has to be decent body condition but not much else matters.
list of thoughts I've had so far is: Karmann Wedge, Simca, SAAB, Citroen, Borgward, Honda Zot, Renault Gordini, Rover P3 or a Valiant S

any leads appreciated.
Cheers all

You won't get much more obscure than this:

Not mine, just though it may suit your needs/wants.

True, and pretty lovely. It's amazing what people have in their sheds, in 24 hrs since posting a similar thread elsewhere I've been offered at various prices a RO80, Jowett Jupiter and a very unusual little aid built wagon that I'm rather keen on!

If you get something post some pics dude. I'm quite keen on a Citroen D series.

U heard about any fiat 500's? I am looking to do one up for my old man's 60th. You know to remind him of the old country and when we was 18, but they are far to overpriced at the mo for a resto job.

No 500's but I know of an 850 I've tried to get my hands on in the past and a 124ac coupe. Both will need a fair bit of work but I can send you the details. I'm looking into a Simca Aronde wagon at the moment, but it's been in a paddock for a while so not sure on it's condition yet.
