Wanted Brisbane: Beetle cheap, real cheap!
Hi all, I am considering buying a real cheap beetle to bolt my engine in for warwick this year, Rather than muck around with the baja.... I was only
looking to spend a few hundred or less. Rust is not really an issue, As long as it steers, stops and has a gearbox. Anyone have something they just
want gone??
Would also consider a real cheap running Golf??
Cheers
Mick.

Not, Not using the baja, Just would rather not use it. It's just a pain to pull off all the barwork, take all the coil overs off and replace them
with whatever i can find... as you may or may not know my floorpan is twisted and i have all my suspension set at different heights just to keep the
car level including adjusting the torsion bars a spline or 2 either way. It's just alot of mucking around to get it all right again. Plus by the time
warwick comes around i may have my other pan under it or still be a work in progress... Just exploring my options.
