Running rough
This may all seem a bit trivial to more experienced dubbers but I figure that anything publicly documented no matter how small is a mystery that
someone else doesn't need to solve later on.
Been away for a couple of weeks, the Bus ('74 microbus, 1800 manual) started fine, ran OK during the day, then setting out again in the evening
barely ran at all. Stalling every time I came to a corner or an intersection - basically any time I took my foot off the accelerator and put it on the
brake.
No torch or tools (still in my travel kit) and couldn't see anything obvious in the dark, gave up looking and limped home.
This morning found two simple things: a wire had fallen off of the connector on the front of the left hand carbie (idle jet?) and the vacuum hose on
the far right of the engine bay had popped off the nipple - no wonder she was throwing a tantrum. Put them both back in place and she's running fine
again.
It's all good, nothing to see here - I hope this helps someone down the line.
Oh, hey, and someone up the hill in Petersham is selling a very clean-looking '68 camper, straw-yellow and white. Looks sweet driving by.

Sounds like your points or leads or coil. But it's ignition and is most likely a bodge lead.
