Yeah Chris, the 150mm guards are quite nice : )
I started on my cycle guards today. I don't want them dead flat across the top like those ones, so I english wheeled a bit of a crown into it and used the shrinker to get the edges rolled a little.

Hey yeppo. I'm running ball joint with discs. My mounts are coming from the caliper mounts for the rear part of the mount, and the backing plate for the front of the mount. It's a basic setup, but works fine. The rear ones are easy, just mount them off the spring plate bolts.
I'll stick some pics on when I'm done.
