i had 205/60's on the back of my notchback when i bought, it was lowered and didnt scrub. ive got 185/45's now its a little lower and runs fine.

Yeah his car is lowered a little. The rims are 7in.

I used this website to calculate it: http://www.bigcustomwheels.com/rt_specs.jsp 

Looks like they will fit better than the 25ET Mangels with 185s that are currently on it.

Dunno if its any help but I've squeezed a set of 205 40 17 under my notch and they fit under there no problem. I'm running coil overs without torsion bars on mine and I get full unhinderd movement out of it.

But....

I'm running Porsche 944 disc's alround on mine, the wheel is 17", 7.5j wide and I think they are ET 53.

I think that the porsche brakes make the track slightly wider then stock plus I had to use a 6mm spacers to clear my uniball joints I've fitted.

With the spacer the tyre is almost touching the inside of the stock rear wing but without them they cleared fine before I ditched the torsion bars

But my car isn't a pan scrapper.... its a Scooby sump scraper now :lol:
