AVG question

I was running the Virus checker last night and a virus was detected! AVG quaratined it in a vault folder and this is stored on the C drive, to get rid of the virus.
Do I just delete this folder, or is there something else I have to do?

Thanks Rob..

I'd personally leave it along. My understanding is that 'quarrantined' means that it has been neutralised, even though it can't be removed from your computer.
