[FS - TAS] Pair of Kombis *price reduction*

Seller: Vanders (Paul)

Contact: 0438 548 940

Price: $400 each or $750 the pair

Reason: Wife wants a big TV (partly) and I need to make some room.

For sale are two kombis.

Kombi 1:

1976 Microbus. Was an auto. NO MOTOR OR GEARBOX. Is a rolling shell. Has rust in usual places and especially drivers floor area (see photo). Car has been washed so looks shiny in pictures. It is not shiny in real life. Camera also puts a green hue to everything. Real colour is mustard. Rear window is smashed, but replacement window is included. Spiderwebs come for free (I'm arachnaphobic so there was no way I was cleaning inside). Of the two kombis this one is the least complete, but probably has the best body.

Kombi 2:

1975 Camper. NO MOTOR OR GEARBOX. The motor and gearbox are currently in the bus but will be removed prior to sale. Is a rolling shell. Has rust in usual places, also especially in drivers floor, and in several panels. Is complete except obviously for the drivetrain. The is significant bog in panels, and it has had a rear end accident which has done some panel damage. The poptop is in poor condition and has been screwed and siliconed down. There is no canvas in the poptop, or any camper interior (sorry I don't have any interior shots at the moment).

Both kombis are in seperate locations. Kombi 1 is in the country North Tas, and Kombi 2 in Launceston city. I won't organise transport, and to be honest, only Tassie people should enquire because they are not worth the expense of crossing the ditch.

This could be a good project for someone with more time and less projects than I have. Transfer all the running gear from Kombi 2 to Kombi 1, find a gearbox (I may have a 1600 box around), and put in whatever motor you want.

Cheers,

Paul
