This is not going to be a cheap item.
I'm banned from Ebay for a while.
Found out the hard way it cost $20 to have a bank check made out into Euros. I won the item for 3.80euro, with shipping it came 11.40euro which is $20
Au. Add to that the $20 for he check and $10 for the registered post that is a Au$7 item blowing out to $50. The wife will not be happy.
Moral to the story - use caution buying stuff from Germany. Really really want it before you bid on it.

Hi
I bought a $5.00US part for a slot car and I took the risk of sending cash in the mail, I thought for such a small amount of money it was not worth
getting a bank cheque etc.

ebay stuff ups
I have learned similar things.
I learned that a US$1.99 veiw master reels pack of Herbie wasnt worth it. I should have read the auction detail more closely, they wouldnt accept
paypal so I had to take time off work to go to the post office, pay $8 for a money order and the another $4 for the actual purchase and then $3.45 or
so to post it and then had to wait for the money order to get to them and then the product to come to me and that took 6 weeks. and nearly $20 not to
mention the hassle and time off work.
I also forgot to observe the little bit of writing that said "will send to USA and Canada only" so I now have an audio mixer that has cost
me over $300 so far sitting in Sanfrancisco at my brothers mates place and they had a fall out.
So it is supposedly still in motion but very begrudgingly and on a low priority for him.
Its going to cost me $60 or so to get it here and then the goverment will then charge me for.............F*$kknows what they justify as duty.
Not Happy Jan.
But experience has taught me to be a bit more careful and to read the whole thing properly.
I also got so excited that I spent $1300 on ebay in the first week I had it set up.
I also learnt not to do that too.
62 Ragtop Herbie with a little extra oomph.
