Not an L Bug, but potential with the engineering already there for a motor upgrade (no association):

Come on big rudi.... doesnt take as long as one might think.

We will all help....

Apart from Pauls that he sold recently, i do not know of any L bug suby's around.

I am in the process of doing a superbug...much easier with the strut front end!!!

Good luck

Matt

heres one to cut up and wack a subaru donk in

It looks nice , starts ok, not much oil leaking from the motor,You could Sell the stuff you dont need.
it has rust in the floor and rust holes in the pillows , the bottom drivers side pillow has bubbled paint ans a rust hole that you put your finger in .
the floor is painted black.
It would be ok if you wanted a Lbug , I just wouldn't dig at the rust ,
It comes with a pink slip.
