Oettinger or Remus seem to be the most highly regarded amongst the MK3 boys.

Thats a MkIV she has, not MKIII
Alot of people are using APR and Milltek exhausts with good results.
Prepare to open your wallet though. Might be better off getting a custom one made up.

Should have worded my statement better.
I meant that Oettinger and Remus seem to be brought up alot when the question of "Whats the best exhaust for my MK3" is asked.
I assumed Remus and Oettinger would be just as highly regarded with MK4's.
But listen to Simon, he has a absolutly beautiful MK4 Bora

It could be cheaper to get one custom made as stated above, I have had a hand full made over the years the brands mentioned are good but the demand
isn't there for them over here so importing and fitting can become expensive and when you mention ARP you don't get bang for $$$$.
Most good exhaust shops can build a system from scratch and most likely cheaper than importing a system. Being a turbo charged car the principle is
the same aim for a 3inch mandrel bend system stainless or mild cant go wrong. Also being custom you can pick from a range of tips and mufflers to suit
the look you are after, even splash out and get a hi flow cat.
