1981 Mk1 Golf GTi, imported in 2004, unregistered and parked up since 2008, bought late 2009, tidied up enough to submit for a roadworthy with crossed fingers. Will see what happens...

Have managed to sell DotVW to my wife as a night away in the Yarra Valley with friends and she can go wine tasting with the girls while the boys go to the racecourse :)

New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta!

Cheers mate, it's from the UK originally, was imported by a mate in about 2004, he sold it to me as he wanted it to go to a good home. Poor bloke has been coming round to help me with it, and I think he slightly regrets getting rid of it now...
