few more questions.

can early low rider seats fit into a late model t3 or is there any after market seats available?

does anyone have a hook up for a painter and upholster (sorry if incorrect spelling)?

does anyone know a place in Adelaide that sells old VW parts?

I think the early seats with fit the 70 and 71 model as they still have the early style sliders. 72 and 73 model have a complete redesign of that system.

otherwise a bit of fabrication is at hand.

The best place in Adelaide for VW parts is Volksfactory, Holden Hill. They're the only place left in Adelaide who stock a good range of used parts as well as new ones, and they're pretty handy in the workshop as well.

When I need a small part brand new (like gaskets and such) and don't want to make the trip up to Holden Hill then I go to GHR Motors, Daws Road.

The sponsors page at the VW Club of SA has all the details: http://www.vwcsa.com.au/6.html
