[WTB VIC] Type 3 Fastback
Howdy all,
Having finally sold my daily driver I am now in the market for a fastback.
Don't mind if it is someone's unfinished project or if it is close to being on the road. As long as it is complete and in my budget, up to
$3,500.
Thanks.

Chris,
Looked at the green fasty the other week when it was first on ebay. It looks good in the photos but is a bit rough up close. Body has a fare bit of
surface rust, but the chassis looked pretty tidy. It has previously had some rust work done on the pan which wasn't a great job. To me they were
asking a bit to much plus the colour is grasshopper green.......no thank you! The interior was a bit rough too and it had been converted to carbie
like the one you picked up. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the rest of the car was in a good condition.
Hopefully one will pop up soon. Not interested in selling yours?
Cheers Paul

inside.it was an auto but i was after manual if poss .it doesnt look quite as good in the pics but well worth a look..especially if the guys willing

Yeah, I have seen all the ones on ebay. However a couple are not in Vic and those that are were a bit out of my price range. I had a look at the green
one in Geelong a couple of weeks ago, but not really what I am after and I don't think it is worth the money they are asking.
The orange one in NSW looks ok, but it is NSW. I don't have the time to venture up there for a look and I am not going to buy something without
looking at it first, so will have to wait until something pops up in Vic.
There is one that type3disease put me onto that I will try to have a look at this week.
However I am still looking and have cash to spend, so if anyone knows of one in Vic, or close to Vic, let me know.
Cheers Paul

I like both the early and late models, at this stage I would be happy with a matchbox car version!
