splity kombi clocks

i have just purchased a clock to use on my bay bus, but on closer examination i have found it is very similar to those i have seen from splitties. it is roughly the same dimensions and colour, but has different adjusting dial to those i have seen. it is made by Jaeger of England. is this who the others are made by?

Jaeger clocks

Is the clock round or square?
I think all the clocks used by VW are made by VDO. Deluxe spitties have a square clock mount on the left side of the dash ( for a RHD ).

I have a jaeger fuel guage and sender unit that is almost the same pattern as the VDO and will look good in an early beetle.
