Brake drums

May be a stupid question but is it possible to change the stud pattern from a wide 5 to a small 5 pattern by changing the rear brake drum on a swing axle type 1?

you will have to change the brake drum and also the backing plate as well

Also the spacer will have to be adjusted due to the length of the axles

you could get away with this by changing the axles and outer tubes as well but it will work
