Rust and panel removal T3

Hi all.
i have looked through the paint and body section for help on removing body panels (off a T3) and can not find much. I need some photos or video of detail showing how to cut out/remove panels for replacement. I know it is probably not difficult, but skill and care would be needed. also a list of tools. I have read the mig v/s tig arguments.

I was trained in welding at school and have done some argon and gas, as well as stick. That is not such a problem. but how much and what to remove is a problem.

Haven't got the T3 yet, just preparation for later in the year.

Thanks for the pointers

mark
