Type 3 Oil Cooler is basically the same as a Beetle Twin Port Dog House Oil Coller that you can buy new, only catch is the Type 3 Oil Cooler has the
Oil Pressure sender in it that the Beetle doesn't.
So if you wnat a new one you can get it but you will have to run an oil pressure switch or guage elsewhere???
I have a second hand one around I am sure.
Cheers,
David

If you haven't managed to sort one out somewhere else I've got one for sure... far as I know it's OK, but engine hasn't been run in a loooong time
so can't guarantee it.
Yours for nix.
Flip me a PM if you're keen.

they are the same as a beetle oil cooler but have the oil sender screwed into them which makes them a bit difficult
Is it Your oil cooler or the sender???
Oil senders do leak..
even new ones sometimes don't last long..
depends on the oil pressure... [relief valves]
oil senders are very cheap...
I may have one , Let Me know if You still need it...
and I'll have a look...

yeah I got back yesterday morning. Thanks
does dubnbass still need a cooler?
I can provide the cooler if postage and few bob extra are funded.
20 buks, 10? whatever, I don't care. I am done with type 1-3 engines anyway.
