[FS - VIC] Split screen buses for sale
Split screen buses for sale.
1961 Aussie bus with twin tail light has rust in both sills and front nose. Needs new jacking points and outriggers and rear cross member.
Reasonably strait body with rust free roof and painted in grey etch primer. No rust above the belt line but has rust in all the usual places needs the
rust cut out lower body and some of the front floor. Comes with a 40hp engine and reduction hub transmission. Body was sanded back to bare metal
and etch primed ready for rust repair. $10k
1965 “SO42” Sub Hatch Westy Kombi camper in rusty condition. Very rare bus for Australia and was privately imported in the 1970’s. Sand blasted
and left to rust and as yet is undercover but still unprimed. Bus is missing all the doors and rear hatch but the body is remarkably strait. Still
has the factory sub hatch and alloy awning mounts for the body. Has the front “rocking” seat and factory walkthrough area. Have all ID plates
and numbers and is fitted with reduction hub transmission and 1500 motor but does not run. There is much rust in the floors but structurally this bus
is very good. This is project bus that will need a lot of work but again its rarity makes for a worthwhile project. Bus is not running and is not
registered! $10k
Both of these Buses are out of my collection. I am parting with them only to make some room in the workshop. I will offer these both on the Aussie
forum first as I would like to see them remain in Australia. These buses are located in Altona Meadows Victoria 3028 and I will try and load some
photos but will gladly send them to interested buyers.
