VW Badge?
I was wondering if the vw badge from a split screen can be made to fit on to the front of an early bay window? If so how? And has anyone done it?
Thanks.

the quick way - supa glu
the good way - if the pins are long enough, drill thru your buss's nose then tap a thread onto the pind and screw it in place so that no little
buggers can nic it!

You can use some foam double sided mounting tape from 3M i think (no i dont work for them...) I used it to secure my hood ornament
http://www.aussieveedubbers.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=8976
and it stayed there no probs.. just make sure the surface you are sticking it to doesn't have wax or polish on it... I renewed the tape about
once every 9 months coz the knife was starting to sag a bit. but if its only holding onto a badge, then it should be fine for a longer period of time.
(Weather and UV rays will still damage tape a teeny tiny bit....
