bus raised spindles

Hi, has anyone heard of or seen raised spindles to fit a kombi beam? You know how it is.......if I cant drive over a small child without hitting them, I obviously dont have enough clearance! How much ground clearance does your average lifted and big tyred bus have under the front beam?
