Plates Removed

A very sad sight in the Russell car park today as an ACT Policing Officer ripped the number plates off a Beetle:mad:
Maybe the Officer was very upset with driver for out running him in a Beetle or maybe the driver was naughty and driving with no Rego. Moden technology can spot an unregistered car from a mile away.
