Is the numberplate RUBIKS taken?
In case someone wants to learn from my mistakes. Here's one way you can ensure the float bowl is being filled by the needle and seat. You can feel
for resistance in the syringe when the valve closes and you can stop lightly pressing the syringe and check the float level.

Stan always tells me that you don't need all the fancey stuff just good old points and a stock vw pump.
It just sounds like the fuel pump and filter now.
