Love that he listed it as an actual car so he could put a reserve on it

So many dumbasses dont realize on Ebay the only things you can put a reserve on are actual cars and motorbikes not parts.

THE QUESTION I ASKED THE SELLER

Can you tell me who built this engine?

THE ANSWER I RECEIVED

I built it a month and a half ago ..

I'm not trying to put shit on this fella, just trying to get a feel about the item, is it going to give trouble? is the builder knowledgable about the dub engines? etc.

I thought a stock 1600cc dual port was around 55 horsepower? If so, what would be so special about this engine?

Straight cuts are good for 25hp, especially on a 1600.

He went abit apeshit with the case sealant.

His 53hp is probably rwhp, the 55-60 you say you get from a stock 1600 is probably at the flywheel. A 1600 with that cam would go alright. In a mates baja that same type of engine turns 33" mudders all day in the sand and never even looks underpowered.... Not a super performance motor by any means but great for a daily....
