Which Beam?!

Hey guys,

As I've stated before, i SUCK at suspension, so rather than dick around, I'd ask some experts!

Eventually I want to lower my standard 1969 1500 on some Fuch's, but in order to get the ride height I want I figured a narrowed beam is the way to go :)

Having a look at Volks.com.au, I didn't know which beam is right for my current set up...

http://www.vollks.com.au/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=188_200

Could someone explain which one is the right one, and more importantly, why? If anyone has a good website/link of how beetle suspensions work could they also shoot it through?

Cheers guys,
Ollie

I narrowed my own, theres a lot more work doing a balljoint beam than there is doing a link pin beam, but if you can do it yourself go for it saves a lot of $$$ and i think the ones you buy are for left hand drives so you still got to play around with them???
cheers shane.

Just remember all these beams are for left hand drive and need the brackets welded to the right side. I bought one from vollks didnt have a problem with it.
