Lots has happened, so better update.
Got an engine for it
An put new rings an seals into it, nos exhaust, correct filter.. Only a couple of months between the car an engine.
Installed.
With real ute bar as well..
Did the brakes, still runnin the original riveted shoes even.
Had reverse problems so got a donor box installed from my dc. So pulled the box an installed new one
Installed an extra precaution
And got wiring issues sorted
Put some old rims for rego, an now plates
Scoured some tyres, so now runnin Og rims an 6.40-15 tyres with Og commercial caps
An then did an over 1000km round trip to dubs by the pub, an didn't skip a beat
All I can say is this car needed minimum work for maximum pleasure when I drive it, it rides so well for a car with original shocks still in it.
Doesn't blow smoke, an doesn't hit anything like my black one.. The joys of a stock car.
It's not fast an I don't care, with the slow movin vehicle sticker on the back nobody seems to care how slow it goes. Haha

sweet ride dude, who cares if cars are flying past....least your cruising stress free and taking time to see what others are missing out on.
Are you going to use some sort of wax on your patina?

Yeah I'll seal it with something, but don't want it shiny an I'm not fussed on ankorwax either, so I'm open to suggestions

Keep me posted if you come up with anything?
I coated mine a couple of days ago with a product called gibbs penetrate, but would like to then seal it with something

Words can't describe what a pleasure it is to drive either.
