I am after two 13 inch rims 8 inch wide. I am located in Melbourne.

I have never heard of 13 inch VW wheels....
I believe You may have to have those made....???
You Will however find 14 inch VW wheels everywhere...
they were used to lower the diff ratio and gain acceleration...
Very Common in the 60s...
with low profile tyres.... same size as a 13 inch wheel...
