how hard is it to slam a type 3?

as the topic says, is it a hard procedure? or similar to a bug?

only asking because im pretty keen to get a type 3 as a side project.

oh and i would be wanting a narrowed beam probably 4" and layed out flat with randars, it would look freakin sweet

Im so happy I could just shit.

Type 3s are a piece of piss to lower
Rear is exactly the same as a bug.
Front is bit different to a bug and is on splined torsion bars like the rear instead of crappy leaves so its the same as lowering the back.

Bad news is though you can't narrow a type 3 beam, if you truely have your heart set on it you will have to adapt a bug beam which is a giant step backwards and will handle worse.

Yeah that's what I thought the deal was. They look bad ass with a narrow beam. But yeah I wouldn't go to that extent if it's too hard.

I may be on the look out for a cheap type 3 soon
