Blue injected bug at warwick

Ok i searched my ring out, i have seen the blue bug that was at warwick on the net somewhere but cant seem to track them down. The bug was injected and had a home made intake with injectors in unusual positions and the air cleaner facing the decklid directly in front of the motor. I want to have a look at it again and also find out the injector holders they used.

any help in the right direction appreciated.

Jezebel was at Warwick and is blue and injected, but doesn't fit description otherwise (uses twin IDF style throttle bodies)

Pretty sure there was a car listed as 1915/6 EFI in the results in latest issue of VWMA... maybe that'd give you the owner's name at least ???

As for injector holders... if going custom fab, two options I know of are:
- EFIHardware ( http://www.efihardware.com/products/c66/Fuel-Rail-Parts-and-Mounts )
- Injection Perfection ( http://www.injectionperfection.com.au/component/option,com_marketplace/page,s...)

Both pretty good places to deal with I've found !!!

Is this the one?

I don't know the guy's name but I think he was from Toowoomba and I think he is using Camira injectors.

Saw this when David came around to my place and he lives in the same suburb.

It's an amazing car with what he has done!
It has every known electrical device installed known to man in it!

Thanks Gracey thats the one, i wanted to know the injectors he used as experimenting with Megasquirt on a single port with asperations of putting onto a dual later. just want to make some easy housings out of single port end castings. the dual will be using CB IDA intakes with injectors.

Any idea of Camira model just to save me a little searching????

'The injectors were from the 1.8 Camira or Nissan Pulsar (but any injected Camira will do - 1.8 or 2.0). Holden supplied engines to Nissan back in the late 80's early 90's. They only flow around180cc or 16.4lbs so are only good for around 90-100hp (with 4 injectors). They are around 16 ohm and are the pig-tail hose style. "

If you want more info, David can send you pics etc.
