FS, QLD, Annerley - Beetle Convertible 1967
Selling my 1967 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. It just completed a full restoration.
I would love to get $2000 ONO. Please make me offers.
Its a super clean car and very good looking, especially with the original Rossi headlights (no empi plastic!!!)
The body was removed and all rust was repaired.
The engine is a 1641cc reconditioned engine with new bearings all around, new dual port cylinder heads, new seals, new piston/ barrels / cylinder
(1641 slip in set), new 50AMP alternator, new starter, new exhaust, new full flow oil pump + filter, reconditioned solex 34pict3 carburetor, new air
filter, new gaskets, new spark plugs, fuel pump and many more (over $2500 of new parts).
The front and rear axle was upgraded with new discbrakes including new master brake cylinder!
All around the car received 100+ new parts with a total value over $5500, reconditioned steering wheel, new battery, new seals (ever single seal is
new in this bug), new rear apron, new outer door handles, new window cranks + inner door handles, new light switch, new wiper switch, new indicator
switch, new light bulbs all around and many many many more (too much to write them all down).
Comes with receipts for all new parts installed.
The only things to do are installing a carpet, seat covers (or redo the upholstery) and some bumpers (bumper mounts/brackets are included).
A convertible cover is included but need some tlc.
Just selling the car because I'm moving overseas. The car can be inspected before. Local pickup only in Brisbane - Annerley.
The Beetle is not registered.

I couldn't find a blue mod plate, might got lost. The car was registered before as a convertible (until 2003).
