G’day I’m chasing a replacement Lbug antenna the same as the one shown below. The base is all rubber and I don’t have the remaining bits, I have
seen different versions of the antenna are available but they require a much bigger hole. If you have one sitting around or know anywhere that stock
the same item please let me know.

Try a car audio outlet.
Anything secondhand is probably corroded beyond use.

That's not acutally a VW aerial, it's an aftermarket one made for vans and utes, original VW ones went in the rubber plug beside that.
You can get them cheap enough though
From memory they are Aeropro AP122 from supercheap.
but good ol evilbay has them too.

the vw antenna goes into the hole with the plug...
but seeing You have the two holes already...
they are a common antenna used on utes etc...
japanese...
next to the windscreen... maybe early toyota nissan etc..
looks like Yours was leaking, for it to rust like that...
