engine ???
I have a 61 beetle , pretty much original 6 volt. but the engine number starts with KDA _ _ _ _ would anybody know if this number lines up with a 61
bug or know what its from.
its got me stumped

That number tells me its a 1960 victa lawn mower engine,was a common conversion back then

So what would the fuel/oil mix be.....50:1?
I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

My engine number is zundfolge1432.
What engine is that?
Does it have positive energy polarisor or a hydroscillator fuel supply?
I read it on samba, so it must be correct.
Sometimes Volkswagen dealers sell spare parts. Amazing isn't it!
