hi everyone does anyone know where i can get a after market reduction starter motor for my 67 bug the bush in the bell housing is stuffed and i cant use the original starter

You can replace the bushing... very cheap...

unless its worn thru the bellhousing..??

Mick Motors in Brisbane sell the reduction starter motors..
usually advertised in the VWA Magazine...

the bellhousing is the problem and this starter in my only option

I bought a high torgue starter off Richard Holzl @ V Force
Had the same problem - bushing was stuffed and didnt want to muck round fixing it

Easier to put one of these in
